18th edition of the Italian Contemporary Art Day

On the 14th October Perth joins the celebrations of the Italian Contemporary Art Day, an event promoted by the Italian Contemporary Art Museums Association and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation with the aim of enhancing Italian contemporary art in the world. The theme of this 18th edition is ecology, intended as a balance between art, science and nature.

A debate on the topic will be held at the Curtin University with the participation of prof. Mario Panizza, former Rector of the University of Roma Tre, and Associate professors Susanna Castledeen and Nicole Slatter of the School of Design & the Built Environment at Curtin University. Following the debate there will be the opening of the exhibition of prof. Panizza named “Reflections from Italy“.
