This year\u2019s theme is <strong>\u201cMediterranean Diet and Culinary Roots: Health and Tradition\u201d<\/strong>, focusing on the Mediterranean Diet\u2019s recognized ability to promote a balanced, sustainable lifestyle, while highlighting Italy\u2019s deep culinary traditions.
