Registration is free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>All applications for registration of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wa.gov.au\/organisation\/department-of-justice\/the-registry-of-births-deaths-and-marriages\">BDM certificates<\/a> are free of charge and may also be sent by post. Therefore, applicants may freely choose between:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>sending the entire documentation by post (ordinary or registered) to:\u00a0<strong>P.O.
