Fare Cinema is the thematic review promoted by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, created to promote the quality of Italian cinema and its film industry. The review is organized in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Culture, the Association of Cinema, the Italian Trade Agency and Istituto Luce - Cinecittà.

Launched in 2018, the event aims to organize events dedicated to Italian cinema all over the world, to make the crafts and quality of the Italian film industry known and valued abroad.

Due to the health emergency from Covid-19, this year's show will take on an unprecedented form with a series of contents (master classes, video lessons, short films, commercials, videotour) available from 15 to 21 June on the RaiPlay platform (https://www.raiplay.it/fare-cinema/): the 2020 edition will have as its key moment the 20 of June, proclaimed as the Italian cinema day.

In the centenary year of their birth, the review will also aim to enhance the iconic figures of Federico Fellini and Alberto Sordi.
