Where, when and how
OUR LOCATION

Level 2, 1292 Hay Street, West Perth.

We are in West Perth, at the corner of Hay and Outram Streets, just a few steps from stop no. 17 of the red CAT bus service and not far from the City West and Leederville train stops (Fremantle and Joondalup lines, respectively).

Parking bays are available on adjacent streets and on Mayfair Street multi-level car parks.

 

 HOURS OF SERVICE

From 8th June 2020, our opening hours are as indicated below.

All enquiries and requests of consular services need be sent via our special online form, also available on the home page of this website. The form is essential for providing any service and is aimed at substantially reducing the time spent at the counter.

Our form can be equally used from a PC, a tablet or a smartphone.

As instructed in the form, each request needs to be integrated with all supporting documents, as prompted by the wizard and according to the service requested. Users will then be contacted to arrange a follow up.

Should a PC and/or a scanner not be available, please avoid attaching photographs of documents. Users are strongly recommended to use a scanner-emulating app for tablet or smartphone. Alternatively, documents can be sent via the built in Take Photo function (no selfies please!).

All applicants are advised to follow the wizard's prompts and to avoid uploading the same file twice in the same form.

  • The best way to get in touch with us is online, through our online form. For optimal assistance, applicants need to follow the wizard and attach the documents required. Should a PC and/or a scanner not be available, please avoid attaching photographs. Users are strongly recommended to use a scanner-emulating app for tablet or smartphone.

Should any call remain unanswered (including after hours), we strongly recommend all users to head to the corresponding pages of this website, where most frequent issues are already covered. For further assistance please use our online form form.
