OUR LOCATION

We are in West Perth, on level 2 of 1292 Hay Street, at the corner of Outram Street, just a few steps from stop no. 17 of the red CAT bus service and not far from the City West and Leederville train stops (Fremantle and Joondalup lines, respectively).

Parking bays are available on adjacent streets and on Mayfair Street multi-level car parks.

 

 HOURS OF SERVICE

All enquiries and requests of consular services need be sent via our special online form, also available on the home page of this website. The form is essential for providing any service and is aimed at substantially reducing the time spent at the counter.

Our form can be equally used from a PC, a tablet or a smartphone.

As instructed in the form, each request needs to be integrated with all supporting documents, as prompted by the wizard and according to the service requested. Users will then be contacted to arrange a follow up.

Should a PC and/or a scanner be unavailable, please avoid attaching photographs of documents: use a scanner-emulating app for tablet or smartphone instead.

All applicants are advised to follow the wizard's prompts and to avoid uploading the same file twice in the same form.
